Shawnte Smith a NYC Native, Founded She’s A 10 May 16, 2019, in dedication to Her mother, her number one inspiration. Her passion was and has always been helping women gain a sense of self, and and comfortably be more confident. As a Paul Mitchell graduate, she gained knowledge and experience throughout her Cosmetology career by working professionally in retail, salons, photoshoots, events (fashion shows (MBFW), weddings), Music videos, with stylist and celebrities (such as Robin Givens, and Victor willis just to name a few). Through her experiences Mrs. Smith was able to develop her eye for fashion and ability to express her style through her wardrobe. Her many jobs, skills, and experiences laid the foundation that helped her to build and evolve into an image consultant. She gained a momentum throughout her career by always giving realistic and attainable style advice to friends, family, models, photographers, celebs and anyone who had the desire to possess a new look. This gave her the inspiration to turn hard work into a booming online store. We now serve our #Tens all over the US and are thrilled to be a part of the fashion industry.
